Greg Pike is an efficient, effective negotiator who gets the results that keep his clients happy and coming back for more. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Philosophy at MUN's Grenfell College and he completed his Master of Arts in English Literature at McGill. He taught English at Memorial University's St. John's campus and also at Grenfell College.
Greg turned to real estate in 2006 and has been a full time agent ever since. He enjoys the fast pace of a good "house hunt," but he also knows when to slow things down for strategic thinking and negotiation. He has earned several international awards for production and service, and is particularly interested in using technology to simplify the process for clients. Training has been important to Greg, as he has taken provincial, national, and international training programs, including the designation programs for luxury home marketing, accredited buyer representation, negotiation, and home efficiency programs.
Community service has also been very important. Greg has made time to serve on the board of the Rotary Club of St. John's Northwest as a director of fundraising and as a director of community service, he has served on the board of the Literary Arts Foundation of NL as director of fundraising, and he also served on the board of the Real Estate Agents Charity House. He has taken part in many community charity events, such as the Rotary Gala, the Run for the Cure, The Janeway Telethon, the Easter Seals Drop Zone, and more. He was a Scout leader for the Mary Queen of Peace Beavers and Cubs.
Clients have written that Greg is professional, honest, and takes time to fully understand his clients' needs. Customer satisfaction has always been his goal. He lives with his wife and two children in St. John's.
