Phillip Burton REALTOR® is originally from Twillingate, and now lives in Bay Bulls with his wife Robin and two kids Riley & Avery. Since graduating from the College of The North Atlantic in 2003 he has held a number of varying roles as a Civil Engineering Technologist. For the past 10 years he has worked primarily in the commercial property management/construction industry in both the public and private sector. He is also very knowledgeable in residential construction and the multi facets which are involved in home construction. Continuing education has always been important to him. Since 2003 he has completed training in Project Management, Occupational Health & Safety as well as accessibility training with the Rick Hansen Foundation (https://www.rickhansen.com/) He has served as a board member with the St. John's Downtown Development Commission and as a Town Councilor with the Town of Bay Bulls. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, coaching minor hockey and spending time with his family.
