I was born and raised in Victoria B.C. and relocated to St. John’s in 2004 to help open and manage the new Keg Steakhouse and Bar on the
waterfront. After a 20+ year restaurant career spanning both coasts, I enthusiastically entered the Newfoundland Real Estate community in
2007.
During the past 15 years since joining NLAR, I have gained invaluable experience working with a diverse range of clients, excellent brokers,
and some truly brilliant Realtors, lawyers, and lenders. From new-home construction to condos to farm and estate sales the variety has been
terrific and keeps every day interesting and truly enjoyable.
I am married to my beautiful Newfoundland wife Laura, and we are blessed with 2 incredible sons, William, and Timothy. I feel that clients
find me genuinely encouraging and empathetic which has garnered life-long relationships with both former colleagues and past clients who are now incredible friends.
