Why should you create an account?

A user account on this website will allow you to save searches and flag properties. Saved searches are processed daily and new listings, open houses or price changes, that match your search criteria, are automatically emailed to you. Flagged properties are checked daily for a price change or scheduled open house and you are notified if either is detected. Both of these features will keep you informed and up to date with the properties of your choosing.
